Kargoth is a fictional character in the Dungeons and Dragons World of Greyhawk campaign setting.

Death knight of Oerth. Also known as "Saint Kargoth," "the Betrayer," and "King of the Death Knights." Formerly Lord Kargoth of Mansbridge, a second to third-century CY Torquann nobleman, paladin of Heironeous, and Knight Protector of the Great Kingdom. Born 141 CY, Kargoth was the first death knight (in 203 CY) and now serves the demon prince Demogorgon. Mortal foe of Saint Benedor of the Ashen Hand. Worshipped (along with the other original death knights) by the Sunsebb Sodality and regarded as a saint by renegade elements in the church of Hextor.

Kargoth formerly lived at Castle Fharlanst, located on the Aerdi coast between Winetha and Roland, until it was destroyed by the Knight Protectors of the Great Kingdom in 247 CY.
