Reason: A persistent troll keeps blanking and/or vandalizing the page. @Daniel Case: thanks for the answer. What would be the next recommended procedure for this ~three-word "article"? Just delete it? Just leave it be? I'm not familiar with deletion processes, so which deletion template should I use? There was one AfD back in 2015, so I guess it requires another AfD? And now the person in question is "a stalker". Is this really the state we want this article to be?
