Dear Nesnad, It is an unauthorized photograph of me that I do not want posted on the internet. I do not understand why you continue to post the image, but it violates my rights of privacy and publicity under state law. I'm an intellectual property attorney in addition to a poet and I am very aware of my legal rights. Please do not repost the image. |
