I've deleted it per WP:CSD#U1, but note that due to a semi-recent change, local wikis now shows one's Meta user page if one exists and there is no local user page. Right now, your meta user page is a redirect to your en.wiki page - which isn't here anymore. To avoid confusion, you should either request an admin on meta delete that user page too, or you should update it.
