Efetobor Wesley Apochi (born November 20, 1987) is the captain of the Nigerian boxing team and the heavyweight boxing champion (91kg) in Nigeria. He represented Nigeria at the 2013 World Championships.[1] He is a Silver Medalist All African Games.

At the 2014 Commonwealth Games, Apochi upset Australia's Jai Opetaia in the quarterfinals.[2]. In the semi-finals, Apochi lost to Samir El Mais, fighting for the UAE. As a result, Apochi received a bronze medal.[3][4]

As of August 2014, he is the only Nigerian boxer to have joined the World Series Boxing.
