English: Molar teeth of Haldanodon exspectatus, a Late Jurassic docodont mammaliaform. Teeth are from the left side of the skull except for the upper left image, which is a right maxillary tooth. The teeth and are presented in occlusal view (left) and lingual/medial view (right), with the arrow indicating the anterior/mesial direction. In the occlusal view molars, lingual (tongue direction) is down and labial/buccal (cheek direction) is up. The upper molar (pink) is based on right M2 of specimen Gui Mam 30/79. The lower molar (blue) is based on m3 of specimen Gui Mam 6/82. Cusps are labelled according to the standard docodont labelling scheme established by Luo & Martin, 2007.
