Allan Willis was a background character on the hit sitcom The Jeffersons and he was portrayed by Jay Hammer from 1978 until 1979. Jay Hammer was singed on to The Jeffersons for a couple of episodes, and he became more of a background character than a supporting character, Hammer was fired and the character of Allan Willis was written out for good.

Allan was once known for dropping out of College, and left to Paris, France in which he stayed for two years, then he was also known for not getting along with his father Tom Willis, although he got along with his mother, Helen, and sister, Jenny.
