Keesha Fleth Sharp (January 14, 1973) is an African-American television actress best known for her role as Monica on the hit UPN and The CW hit show, Girlfriends, which she played Reggie Hayes (William Dent) girlfriend Monica from 2002 to the present.

Career
Sharp has appeared on The Tracy Morgan Show, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, Still Standing and other numerous sitcoms, from 2005-2006, Sharp was signed to 9 episodes on Chris Rock's autobiographical sitcom, Everybody Hates Chris, the character she played as Shiela Ridenhour, a sexy new neighbor next door, her character's disappearance was not explained.
Sharp has also appeared in popular films, Leprechaun: Back 2 tha Hood, Malibu's Most Wanted, Pootie Tang, Never Die Alone and American Adobo.
