Request protection of a page, or increasing the protection level

Reason: This controversial topic frequently sees disruptive editing from IPs and SPAs, including deletion of content for no apparent reason, occasional vandalism, and mainly frequent addition of unsourced content. I think editing of this page would best be left to more experienced editors who understand Wikipedia guidelines. StreetcarEnjoyer (talk) 20:01, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Persistent addition of unsourced or poorly sourced content. UndergroundMan3000 (talk) 20:13, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: High level of IP vandalism and edit warring. Skitash (talk) 20:53, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: High IP level of vandalism. There have been five vandalism attempts in the past month on this article from anonymous accounts. I request implementing semi-protection so editing can be done by verified users only due to the high number of unhelpful edits to this article which has a higher number of monthly views and a controversial nature. Pastelitodepapa (talk) 21:01, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Inappropriate use of user talk page while blocked. Taking Out The Trash (talk) 00:11, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

User(s) re-blocked with talk page editing disallowed. Protection is for disruption from more than one IP. Sdrqaz (talk) 01:03, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite extended confirmed protection: Persistent disruptive editing – persistent death cause changes, DOB changes, and related since 2018 - most all from bouncing IPs. Also some repeated nonsense periodically added about a penguin-themed movie (with no citation). PigeonChickenFish (talk) 00:37, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent addition of unsourced or poorly sourced content – Persistent genre warring from multiple Ontario IPs. Binksternet (talk) 00:51, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent disruptive editing – Persistent disruption by New York-based IPs. Lord Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 01:12, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite create protection: Repeatedly recreated – sock target. Kinopiko talk 01:31, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Years long abuse by an IP editor, who for some reason is obsessed with adding nonsensical information regarding Looney Tunes, dating back to 2022. Jon698 (talk) 01:45, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected for a period of 3 months, after which the page will be automatically unprotected. Also pending changes protected for one year given that this seems to have been happening since at least August 2022‎. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 02:08, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  User(s) blocked. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 02:08, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Recurrent edit-warring from WP:SPA accounts. GuardianH (talk) 02:04, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: BLP policy violations. Binksternet (talk) 02:48, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

{{ Whitney Houston}} Reason: Vandalism

Template protection: High-risk template. kleshkreikne. T 04:54, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
