:You have to remember that the CNN news feed is not when the event started. It was my understanding based upon a MSNBC story that it was spontaneously staged (as opposed to pre-meditated) based upon a US Army report (I have yet to find) by an "Army Physiological Operations Team", and that this team had to use loud speakers to bring the individuals out. Additionally, i feel that the usage of Iraqi Civilians is under to much debate to be used in this situation.
