I can't help but also wonder why Mabuska decides to refer to ONIH's recent topic ban, and even going to far as to [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Clarification_and_Amendment&diff=prev&oldid=510567771 draw attention to this notice] at the Arb page.
