I saw your recent essay. I'd suggest you drop a note at the [[WP:LAW]] project. There are some very legal issues that are relevant to this, some of these have serious implications. Legal advice from non-lawyers can be criminal in some places, and lawyers who give legal advice can face professional sanctions as well.
