Reworking the article to make it more globally applicable would also be an option, perhaps bringing a lot of the current content under a sub header 'North America' and adding headers for other continents (thus fulfilling above wish to also include African female entrepreneurs). This however may lead to an article of such length that splitting it us may be preferable.
