After the death of Zar-baqsh, Zaid retired to a life of solitude and devotion in the [[mohalla]] Gadhi-Qadeem in Zaidpur. Zaid died on 16th Rabi-us-Sani, 526 Hijri, 6 March 1132 AD at age 64 and was buried by his mother's side, near the Dada Abdullah Ka Talaab well on the outskirts of Zaidpur.
The first Taluqdar of Gothiya and town Zaidpur is Hakeem Syed Karam Ali sahab ibne Syed baqar Husain .
Hakeem karam Ali belongs to Taluqdar family of Garhi jadeed (Choti sarkar). Hakeem karam Ali awarded to the rank of Honorary Magistrate by British Government .
After Hakeem karam Ali her daughter afzalunnisa as Taluqdar of Zaidpur n Gothiya called (Taluqdar bitiya) .
Taluqdar Syed mohd Askari was next Taluqdar of town Zaidpur and Gothiya His son Brig.Haider Abbas was last Taluqdar of Zaidpur .
Town area Zaidpur comes in nyay panchayat Gothiya at that time and also in current Govt.system . So Hakeem karam Ali and his family relatives are one n only Taluqdar's of Zaidpur (town area Zaidpur) and Gothiya (13 Villeges )*
It's prooved by a book Raja n Taluqdar's of awadh by drogah Ali Haji Abbas 1980 and also the gazzett of Oudh prov.

In Zaidpur Taluqedars and Raees are the main figures. Taluqedars have Relations with the Province of Awadh. These are the people who have very high status in the Society because of their wealth and their knowledge. The majority of land in Zaidpur and other villages that are attached to it are of these Taluqedars and Raees. These Taluqedars and Raees are agricultural landlords. Majority of big agricultural lands are under them.
