A cosmetic edit is an edit that doesn't make the page look any different. It's an edit that has no effect, to a reader of Wikipedia. This edit IS cosmetic, because even though you added a blank line, it doesn't actually make the resulting article have any more or less space between those sections. == Addition of Template:PD-notice ==
I see you are still adding Template:PD-notice to every source cited to NASA. Please stop. Four other editors (myself, Diannaa, Hawkeye7, Eleuther) explained this to you, on this page, 6 months ago, see here and here.

Just to make it perfectly clear. This entire misunderstanding comes from here, in which Diannaa told you This is correct and accurate. When a source is public domain, such as something written by NASA, it is legal for you to copy/paste text from it into Wikipedia. (it is not legal to do so if the source is not public domain) When you do this, copying and pasting text, you have to put in Template:PD-notice in order to properly attribute where the text came from, so as to not claim it as your own.

You seem to have misinterpreted Diannaa's advice, and refused corrections from four other editors over more than a year, see here and here. Your interpretation appears to be that any source cited to NASA must have this template. This is not correct. Diannaa did not tell you to do this. You misinterpreted. What you do with this template is actually highly misleading and does not comply with Wikipedia's copyright policy, to mark every single NASA source as PD-notice. When you add PD-notice, such as in this most recent example, it puts the text on every NASA source. This is untruthful, misattributes copyright, and you really should stop. It says that some of the text in the article was copy/pasted from that source, when that isn't actually true. This template should only be added if you can see evidence that nontrivial passages of text have been copy/pasted into the article verbatim. == AAUSAT-II ==

Dear CRS-20

AAUSAT-II is named AAUSAT-II not AAUSAT-2

I would be happy if you will change it back

I am heading the AAU series of cubesats since 2003 so I should know I think :-)

Our numbering scheme for our satellites:

#1 AAU CUBESAT - we did not have fantasy enough to count to more than one cubesat
#2 AAUSAT-II (not AAUSAT-2)
#3 AAUSAT3 (not AAUSAT-3)
#4 AAUSAT4 ...
#5 AAUSAT5 ...
#6 AAUSAT6 ( on way)
