Lantern's improved sidebar

This is second version of our sidebar improved and packed with more features (credit system, views & new core pages). The account floating window has different credit system UI because one sidebar is for Full Platform and the other is for Trial Portal.

In full platform you don't need the credit system to always be visible. Meanwhile the Trial Portal has less credits (around 25/50) so the user needs to be aware of how they spend them.
