Richard Newman is an American voice actor who works for Ocean Productions. He voiced Banan, Captain Ginyu, Oolong and Porunga in the Dragon Ball franchise.
Some of his most popular roles include M. Bison in Street Fighter: The Animated Series, James Moriarty in Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century, Rhinox in Transformers Beast Wars, Totosai in the InuYasha franchise, and Mr. Turtle in the Franklin series.
