Kawazu

Kawazu (カワーズ, Kawāzu) is an antagonist in the OVA Dragon Ball Z: Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans. He is a pink monster that is a henchman for Dr. Lychee.

He is a foolish individual.

Biography[]

At Poco Poco Volcano, Kawazu is shown taunting Piccolo. He tells him that the Destron Gas generator is surrounded by land mines, so Piccolo will never get to it. Piccolo states that land mines are not a problem for him, and starts to levitate. He asks Kawazu if he can get him up there. Kawazu foolishly jumps up to Piccolo to attack him. He soon realizes his mistake and falls to the ground.

When he hits the ground, he sets off a land mine. The land mine detonates, causing a chain reaction that sets off every single land mine. The explosion destroys Kawazu along with the generator. Piccolo then says that he never thought that there was anyone more stupid than Mr. Satan (Hercule).

Kawazu is a boss in Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans. A character who looks similar to him, but with green claws and teeth, appear as regular enemy in the game under the name Bontan (ボンターン, Bontān).
