Targeted Multiobjective Dijkstra Algorithm: Initial Release

This is the initial release of my implementation of the Targeted Multiobjective Dijkstra Algorithm. It is a One-to-One Multiobjective Shortest Path algorithm developed and implemented at the Zuse Institute Berlin in Germany. The algorithm development was also conducted in cooperation with researchers from the Universidad de La Laguna in Spain. The release contains the source code, the cmake compile instructions, and the results in the version we used/obtained for the scientific publication "Targeted Multiobjective Dijkstra Algorithm" to be published in the Networks journal from Wiley (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/10970037) in 2023.
