Description

The code provides a framework to construct second quantized fermionic Hamiltonians using sympy and obtain effective models using pymablock. The code considers the system dot L --- dot M --- dot R, where L and are R dots that host local fermionic modes and M is the middle dot with finite superconducting pairing \(\Delta\) that mediates coupling between the dots as was shown by Chunxiao et al. We consider the applicability of this system as a fermionic quantum computer as proposed by Bravyi and Kitaev.

Notes

The project received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program grant agreement No. 828948 (AndQC). The work acknowledges NWO HOT-NANO grant (OCENW.GROOT.2019.004) and VIDI Grant (016.Vidi.189.180) for the research funding.
