This listing is for the candy-colored clowncore skirt pictured. Collar pictured is available in a separate listing on my shop :) This skirt is made out of light aqua 100% cotton fabric. It is super-gathered into bouncy ruffles - WHEEE!! - and has the lavender stripe on both the upper and lower sides of the fabric.
