PDF Week Prague 2024 hits Thursday! Only one more day to go! Now we get heavy, with the “big group”. The PDF TWG is at work this morning resolving errata against PDF’s core specification, proposed updates to PDF Association Application Notes, challenges presented by variable text, improving guidance regarding annotations, and more. When we aren’t at work in our classroom in Charles University’s physics and mathematics department we’re hiking the hills of Prague, enjoying Czech food (and, it must be said, the beer) and otherwise enjoying the beauty of this extraordinary city and the friendliness of its natives (who have perfected the art of painlessly impoverishing the tourists).

Day 3 of PDF Week Prague 2024 brings us to: - PDF Imaging Model TWG (working on new features for PDF, including support for #HDR) - PDF/UA Processor LWG (Mapping PDF’s accessibility features to web accessibility APIs) - ISO TC 171 SC 2 WG 10 (ISO TC 171's file formats working group is examining a Korean proposal for a reference model for text semantics.)

The 2nd day of #PDF Week in Prague is all about tagged PDF and #accessibility, with the PDF Reuse TWG, PDF/UA TWG and PDF Accessibility LWGs in-session. Today’s early-morning walk provided fresh inspiration!
