The Jacks were a criminal organization operating in Gotham City before being detained by Batman and the Flash.
History[]
Noticing other gangs moving out of Gotham City, the Jacks decided to stick around and build their own power in the absence of competition. Riding around the city on their motorcycles, the group of three threw handgrenade-type bombs around to leave their mark. Their leader assured them that Batman was long gone, but flying batarangs struck one of the bikes, causing its rider to crash. Batman gave chase with one of his own motorcycles, using the bike's guns to disable the second Jack's bike. Before Batman could catch up to the leader, Flash arrived and dismantled the leader's motorcycle right out from under him. Batman tied him up, and the group was presumably later arrested.[1]
