Military Characters

This category is for characters who have served in an Earth-based armed forces unit such as Easy Company or the Haunted Tank. Characters listed in this category are those who are most commonly recognized because of their military service. Not every character with a military background will be listed here. For example, even though Hal Jordan is a member of the United States Air Force, he is more commonly recognized as the super-hero, Green Lantern, and will not be listed here. This category also does not apply to non-terrestrial military units like the Green Lantern Corps or L.E.G.I.O.N.
