Neil Patrick Harris (b. June 15, 1973) is an American character actor and singer who voiced several characters for DC animated projects, most notably the Flash in Justice League: The New Frontier and Nightwing in Batman: Under the Red Hood.

Neil Patrick Harris is an American character actor best known for his comedic roles in film and television, initially in protagonist roles, such as Doogie Howser on Doogie Howser, M.D. and Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother. He later transitioned to more villainous roles, such as Count Olaf on A Series of Unfortunate Events, the Analyst in The Matrix Resurrections, and the Toymaker on Doctor Who.

For DC, he has done voiceover work for multiple characters, most notably Ray Thompson on Justice League, the Flash in Justice League: The New Frontier, and Nightwing in Batman: Under the Red Hood.
