Lisa Snart was the younger sister of Leonard Snart, known to the world as Citizen Cold.
History
Lisa and Len grew up in an abusive household under their father Lawrence. Though Leonard got out, Lisa was left behind and, because of the abuse, eventually shot her father in the head, going to prison for his murder.
Lisa was freed by Citizen Cold's Rogues, who had figured out Snart's secret identity and intended to use his sister as bait. However, when their plan went awry, Lisa was killed by Fallout in front of her own brother.
