John Corben was the first Kryptonite-powered cyborg known as Metallo, and a former member of Project Cadmus and Intergang.

• Cybernetic Enhancement: Being shot by Lena Luthor almost cost Corben's life, so Lillian Luthor opered him and turned him into a cyborg-like being.
  • Superhuman Strength: Corben' strength level is augmented by his cybernetic components.
  • Superhuman Durability: Corben' cybernetic endoskeleton is made of Promethium, an rare and indestructible metal alloy.
  • Energy Projection: Corben could emit and fire kryptonite radiation from his body at will.
