- Hypnota was created by William Moulton Marston and Harry G. Peter, first appearing in Wonder Woman #11. However, in the New Earth continuity Hypnotic Woman first appeared as part of the New Earth DC Universe in Wonder Woman: Our Worlds at War #1 by Phil Jimenez.
