- Your grief... you can get better at it. Your life will go on, and that grief will feel smaller for all the life and love you make around it. But you have to try.

Harley Quinn (Volume 3) #66 is an issue of the series Harley Quinn (Volume 3) with a cover date of December, 2019. It was published on October 2, 2019.
Synopsis for "The Trials of Harley Quinn, Finale"
Harley Quinn has passed the tests, and the Lords of Chaos and Order make Harley into the Angel of Retribution. As she revels in her new power, armor and flaming sword, Harley already knows what she must do - kill the Lords of Order and Chaos for the the death of her mom.
The cosmic beings scream and pop out of existence at the point of Harley's flaming sword of retribution, but as Mirand'r warns her, little Lords pop up and Harley flees - straight into a planet that the Lords form in her path. The planet splits into Chaos and Order and detonates, and Harley - the Angel of Retribution - finds herself having afternoon tea in a white space. Order, Chaos and Mirand'r sip tea, and explain calmly that Harley's mom had cancer - they didn't give it to her or kill her. The trials could only use what was already existing in her life.
In her grief, Harley progresses from anger to the bargaining stage and offers her new power in exchange for her mom's life, but the Lords of Chaos and Order have not even brought back Mirand'r. The shade of Harley's mother comes to Harley, and tells her that — wherever she's gone — she's not coming back and Harley must accept it. And goodbye.
Having exacted her retribution, Harley tells the Lords that she quits and that Mirand'r has more than passed their tests - and should become the Angel of Retribution.
Back on Coney Island, Harley tells her friends the story — and then panics at the thought of returning to real life. She grabs her comics and Bernie the Beaver and runs away.
In her copy of Harley Quinn Vol 3 66, Meredith Clatterbuck has drawn her riding the ferris wheel with Booster Gold, when their date is ruined by the appearance of the Doom symbol heralding the Year of the Villain crossover in Clatterbuck's comic.Comic book Harley Quinn resolves to have Booster take them back in time and stop the First Crisis.
