History
Crowe worked closely with Davies during the Washburn Pharmaceuticals Tetramethyl murders.
In the course of an investigation, Crispus Allen held a conversation in a dim corridor at police HQ with what he assumed to be Crowe. In fact it was Batman impersonating Crowe as part of a scheme to lure Allen to a place where he could conclude the investigation.[1]
