Batgirl, Catwoman and Batman try to fight the violence. An overwelmed Oracle struggles to direct them in a city engulfed in violence. Batgirl tries to catch up with the Russians, but it turns into an ambush. Before she can do more, she's sent to the West Side.

Orpheus struggles to keep his gang out of the fight as their turf is attacked. Batman meets with him and tells Orpheus to make alliances and take over some of the others gangs and try to pull them out of the fighting.

Meanwhile, a navy freighter close to the shores of Gotham gets a distress call.

Batman disguises as Matches Malone and arranges a meet between Orpheus and the Yakuza.

The distress call is a trap and pirates seize the vessel.

Orpheus meets with the Yakuza and they postpone the decision for an hour. When the time comes, Orpheus is double crossed by the Yakuza and Onyx aids Orpheus. However, Onyx is wounded but still capable to fight, while Orpheus follows the Yakuza leader as the man tries to escape.

At the docks, the freighter is brought in to port and the whole merchandise from the ship is now controlled by Penguin.
