Edward Fyers is a mercenary and enemy of Green Arrow.
History
Fyers stowed away on a car in the Empire Express a bullet train traversing the Trans-Pacific Railway, on the train he blended with the staff and took down John Diggle who had stumbled upon him. He later poisoned one of the dignitaries and after being attacked by Green Arrow and Black Canary shorted out the lights and escaped, leaving them to deal with the security guards.[1]
He later fought Green Arrow on top of the train and managed to take his bow and shot an arrow with one of his explosives on the tunnel ceiling causing it to collapse so that he could run away in a stolen car.[2]

Notes
- Eddie Fyers was created by Mike Grell, first appearing in Green Arrow: The Longbow Hunters #3. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Eddie Fyers first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Green Arrow (Volume 6) #10 by Benjamin Percy and Juan Ferreyra.
