Synopsis for Batman: "The Temporary Murders"
Penguin finds a new hideout in an abandoned cold room which he transforms into his secret throneroom and base of operations. Shortly after this, a number of important people in the city are found frozen with a ransom note for the chemical that would bring them back to life.
Batman and Robin get on the trail of the mysterious crimes and with a little help from Alfred, they locate the Penguin's hideout. Once in there, Penguin defeats the Dynamic Duo and places them in a cold trap, hoping to kill them. Batman uses his Utility Belt to escape the deadly trap and after a quick search in Penguin's hideout, he finds the people who were supposed to be frozen, revealing Penguin's ultimate plot of extorting their families using frozen wax figures.
When Penguin and his gang return to the hideout, Batman and Robin are waiting for them, and during the final showdown, Penguin is finally captured, and his entire Ice Room is destroyed by one of his own umbrellas.
