Cisco Ramon was a civilian who was caught in the event horizon of a Boom Tube during Darkseid's first invasion of Earth, and was exposed to interdimensional forces who rewrote his DNA and transformed him into a metahuman with vibrational powers. He helped A.R.G.U.S. find and restrain dangerous fugitives from other realities, becoming the second-youngest member of the Justice League of America known as the hero Vibe. He is also the brother of Dante and Armando Ramon.
Cisco Ramon was created by Gerry Conway and Chuck Patton, first appearing in The New 52: FCBD Special Edition #1 (2012).
