Chad Lowe (b. January 15, 1968) voiced Cosmic Boy for the animated series Superman and Captain Marvel for the animated series Young Justice. He took over the latter role from his brother, Rob Lowe.

Professional History
Rob Lowe began working on DC related projects as a voice actor, most notably for Young Justice. Later he was cast in the recurring role of Thomas Coville on Supergirl for its third season. During that period he also directed his first episode for the series.
