Description
English: Septarian nodule in Bristol City Museum, Bristol, England. This is a local concentration of calcite, forming a hard lump in mudstone. Radiating shrinkage cracks have filled with veins of calcite. From the Middle Jurassic, Callovian Stage, Oxford clay, in Wiltshire, England.
