PEARL HARBOR - The NAVFAC Pacific Base Support Vehicles and Equipment (BSVE) Product Line Management Office (PLMO) provides staff transportation support and assistance to Navy activities in the COMPACFLT AOR. Tasked with the centralized management and life cycle oversight of the Navy's Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) fleet the PAC PLMO provides management assistance, guidance and oversight on all statutory regulations, directives and policies that relate to the acquisition, operations, maintenance and disposal of Navy owned and leased vehicles and equipment. Currently the PAC PLMO provides CESE program management support to sixty-two Navy and DOD activities located within the COMPACFLT AOR.
