Summary
[edit]DescriptionGlycolysiscompleteLabelled.png |
**Note: There is an error in this drawing in last step. The pyruvate molecule should not have a hydrogen attached to the second carbon since this would violate the octet rule. Note 1': the Glucose 6-phosphate in the pathway the first carbon (C1) should not have two Hydrogens attached. Should be H-C=O then attached to the rest of the structure. Note 2: arrows between the following compounds should be two-way, i.e. they are reversible reactions: (G6P + F6P), (F1,6P2 + DHAP/GAP), (GAP + 1,3DPG), (1,3DPG + 3PG), (3PG + 2PG), (2PG + PEP) |

This is a ping file containing all of the information. A version of this in .svg format without words can be found under the name GlycolysisPathwa |
