violation of personality rights; the producer of this image is intentionally mocking a living person; Jimbo never claimed to be a saint; ridicule yourself, but not other persons. In addition, it is out of scope and was used nowhere when filing this rfd (and was still unused on April 2, 2010). Túrelio (talk) 09:49, 20 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comment - for me the reason for deletion is not obvious - there can be a place for caricatures and collages like this in the commons - as far as I know in German law you do not have the rights at your own image, if you are a "public person" (dont now the correct expression) and dont know the US-law. You may mixing up two different things. If you are a "public person", pictures of you can be taken (at least at appearances in the public), which would be forbidden for non-public persons. But a totally different thing is to manipulate/change such an image in a manner or with the effect that the depicted person is ridiculed/mocked. IMHO, our policy is that if such an image had been used in the public/newspapers, then we might host it. But the image, that is subjet of this rfd, is user-created. --Túrelio (talk) 21:36, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Keep imo acceptable caricature --Mbdortmund (talk) 09:32, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Kept. There is no legal reason to delete. It is still unused but we have other unused images of Jimbo. MGA73 (talk) 09:33, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
