Per COM:FOP#Slovenia: non-free architecture by S. Rohrman (d. 1973).[1] Eleassar (t/p) 07:04, 11 June 2015 (UTC)
- Keep The subject is the banner, not the building. If you think the building is not enough De Minimis, you can crop out half of it.--Pere prlpz (talk) 18:23, 11 June 2015 (UTC)
- A major part of the image is occupied by the building (which is coincidentally named "The Republic Administration"), and cropping it out would significantly alter the composition and the connotations of the image. Therefore, not de minimis. --Eleassar (t/p) 07:45, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
- Keep Photo is not about architecture. Builduing is insignificant and hardly recognisable.--M★Zaplotnik (edits) 04:28, 19 June 2015 (UTC)
- The building is very easily recognisable, because the image shows almost its entire front facade, and the image would be radically different without it. --Eleassar (t/p) 06:07, 19 June 2015 (UTC)
- If you feel there are too much building show, you can crop most of it without touching the banner.--Pere prlpz (talk) 08:30, 19 June 2015 (UTC)
- I'm afraid the specific architectural elements of this building can't be cropped out without cropping the banner itself. --Eleassar (t/p) 09:18, 19 June 2015 (UTC)
- They can't be cropped out 100% but they can be cropped out until being De Minimis.--Pere prlpz (talk) 15:43, 19 June 2015 (UTC)
- No matter how do I try to crop it (unless I crop also part of the banner), the building is never de minimis. --Eleassar (t/p) 16:40, 19 June 2015 (UTC)

@Eleassar and Pere prlpz: I rotated the image so I could crop more. Ok? --Hedwig in Washington (mail?) 08:03, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- I think it's ok. Good job. --Eleassar (t/p) 08:26, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
