Flickr description said Courtesy photo, which means the file is not come from Department of Defence A1Cafel (talk) 15:21, 25 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep - the photo at dvidshub, the source linked in the Flickr description - lists the photo as public domain (see box in lower right of page). Their general copyright page states "In general, all media on the site is produced by U.S. DoD or Federal Agencies, and is in the public domain". The photo pages also states that it was taken by a Chief Petty Officer in Coast Guard Unit 8, thus making it ineligible for copyright as a work of a US Federal government employee.
