- The artwork is in Germany, not the US, thus it is allowed - thus the {{FoP-Germany}} in the page. andy (talk) 13:52, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- I am going to close this DR as it is currenty unfounded. DMCA terms require swift action on behalf of the hoster (here the WMF) without the possibility of a thorough investigation of the validity of the copyright claim. Therefore, the performed deletion does not confirm the claims in the DMCA request and cannot be a valid reason to delete images totally unrelated to the artist of the original DMCA. --Túrelio (talk) 14:09, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
