WJBscribe has been an active user here since January and I think he can now be trusted as a sysop here. He's uploaded lots of images, takes part and lists deletion requests and lots of other mundane stuff like adding categories. From his comments on deletion requests I think he understands copyright well. I've also seen him revert vandalism, so rollback could be helpful. He's also a hardworking admin on English Wikipedia, so I expect that hard work will reflect here with regards to the large backlogs. In all, a very worthy candidate in my opinion.
