Deutsch: Das von Josef Esser entworfene und vom Regierungspräsidenten in Aachen am 27. Februar 1970 verliehene Wappen basiert auf einem alten Siegel der ehemaligen Gemeinde Millen, welches einen Rosenzweig zeigte. Die acht Blüten stehen für die ehemaligen Gemeinden.
