Description
English: The solar corona viewed in Extreme UltraViolet by the Atmospheric Imaging Assembly/Solar Dynamics Observatory (NASA). The three color channels correspond to plasma at 3 different temperatures: 1MK (red), 1.5MK (green) and 2MK(blue). The data has been processed to enhance details at small spatial scales (Multiscale Gaussian Normalization, see Morgan & Druckmuller 2014 Solar Physics journal).
