Nothing But Ghosts shown in Moscow

After last year’s success, German Films is back for the sixth time with its Festival of German Films in Moscow. The program consists of a total of 13 feature films, three shorts and two programs of short films.
The festival will open on December 5 with the film Nothing But Ghosts [+see also:

film profile] by Martin Gypkens. Producer Andreas Eicher and actress Brigitte Hobmeier will be attending.
Other directors travelling to Moscow to present their films are Volker Schloendorff (Ulzhan [+see also:
trailer
film profile]), Maria Speth (Madonnas), documentary filmmaker Sung-Hyung Cho (Full Metal Village) and Urs Egger (An die Grenze); and directors Astrid Rieger (Apple On A Tree) and Erim Giresunlu (Doppelzimmer) for the short film programs Next Generation 1998-2007 and Next Generation 2007.
In addition, actress Katerina Medvedeva will present the film Du bist nicht allein [+see also:

A meeting of Russian and German film funding institutions will once again take place during the festival. Sergei W. Lazaruk (Federal Agency for Culture and Film) will attend from the Russian side, while Germany will be represented by Peter Dinges (FFA), Kirsten Niehuus and Brigitta Manthey (Medienboard) as well as Manfred Schmidt, Oliver Rittweger and Markus Goersch for MDM.
