When you think of a restaurant kitchen, you probably picture a spare, utilitarian space, all stainless steel and smooth finishes, a row of fluorescent lights humming overhead. I store rice and all items along those items that in clear sealed containers... it just looks much neater, easier to find what you need, you can see if you are low on something and keeps it fresher...
