If you don't have the rod installed, it's recommended to extend the rod 6-8" on each side of the window for the wide appearance. The width listed is the bottom width of each panel. Height: It's also recommended to install the rod 6-8" above the window top trim for the high ceiling appearance. What's the length from the rod to the floor?
