We cut the 4"x4"s to 40 inches tall each. Then made a frame to hold the sink and support the hardware cloth.  The frame was made based on the width of the sink with just enough space to allow the base of the sink to fit snug inside of it.  We attached the frame to the 4"x4"s using 3" wood screws then added supports throughout using the remaining 2"x4"s.  My friend had an extra 2"x3" and added it across the full length of the bottom of the table to help with stability.
