If you order a double sided print, a different image can be added either side, if only one image is provided the same image will be added both sides. Your text will also be added both sides unless you specifically request otherwise. Please ensure your personalisation details are correct before purchase. We cannot guarantee that we can change or alter them once your order is placed. Please understand that photos may appear slightly grainy due to printing restrictions. There is a protective peel on the back of the single-sided polaroid, please peel this off before use. This item is not an air freshener. Please do not store next to an air freshener as it can cause a reaction with the UV ink. Reactions can also be caused by other chemical based products, such as perfumes or cleaners. Please always provide a high-quality image that is as bright as possible. If you provide an image that is not a square and cannot be cropped, there will be white space left around your image. This ornament measures roughly 5cm x 6cm. Please note, we cannot guarantee that any two orders placed at separate times will look identical. Every item is made to order and the design has to be changed in relation to your text requests. We have multiple members of staff, who may produce this differently. Due to how many orders we complete, we cannot guarantee that we will remember any previous layouts you have had or even any previous orders you have placed. If you want to place a new order to match an old order, please state this in the personalisation box.
